[PEAK] Wiki changes

Um, the colors for "stable" and "in flux" look totally alike on my monitor.  :)

The classification scheme for layering probably should be:

    Primitives: protocols, generics

    Core: binding, config, model, naming, events

    APIs:  commands, logs, security, storage, web, net, query

    Frameworks: ddt, running

    Libraries: metamodels, util

    Tools/apps: n2, supervisor, version

    Third Party: ZConfig, fcgiapp

Wow.  PEAK looks pretty big when you lay it out like that.  At least if you 
ignore the fact that most of the items on the "APIs" line are either 
unfinished or looking to be redone.  :)

Btw, you could probably lump Libraries and Frameworks together, if it makes 
the diagram any easier.

Very nice.  In particular, you've created a nice to-do list for the rest of 
us to fill in.  :)
